Northwest Community Program History
Across Seattle and throughout the Northwest, SCA is building a new generation of conservation leaders and over the past 30 years, has strengthened the region’s youth, communities and environment. Today SCA annually engages more than 150 youth from Seattle and surrounding communities along a carefully crafted continuum of outdoor experiences that convey the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to competitively enter the workforce and practice a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
