Join the staff at Natural Bridges National Monument in providing outstanding service to the public and preserving the land entrusted to us. Natural Bridges is home to three of the world’s 10 largest natural bridges, found in meandering canyons where ancient Puebloan people left a remarkable record (ruins/rock art) of their lives. Work consists of staffing the visitor center (50%) where you will be greeting and orienting visitors from around the world, providing them with information and interpretation of the resources found here, and making bookstore sales. 30% of your time will be devoted to interpretive media projects, including updating and enhancing content on the park website, assisting with the development of interpretive and informational signs, and developing social media posts. You will also provide a regular overlook, trail, and canyon patrol presence to assist visitors, monitor trail and archaeological site conditions, occasionally assisting with resource management and maintenance projects (15%). The remaining 5% of your time will be spent working on various special projects.

This position is not eligible for an AmeriCorps Education Award.
