This position will work with a dynamic interpretive program to develop content for the park’s website and social media streams and create new interpretive content for exhibits and publications.  This will include facilitating interdisciplinary input into the develop new web content for portions of the website such as the cultural section; writing for the web, social media, and publication platforms; layout and design for publications and exhibits; curation of digital content in Portfolio Extensis; executing accessibility components such as audio description and captioning for video and pdf accessibility.  This position is located in the Anchorage office and will have 1-2 extended trips to Lake Clark National Park.

Compensation amounts:
  • $1,115 - one time RT travel allowance
  • $200 - weekly living allowance
  • $900 - monthly housing allowance
  • $400 - gear allowance
  • $1,200 - duty related travel (for work related air travel trips)
  • AmeriCorps eligible (health insurance and approximate $2,900 education award)
