Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) is built on the premise that success lies in being a responsible leader by creating value for consumers, communities, employees and other key stakeholders. We describe this as Creating Shared Value – a fundamental way of doing business. Our Corporate Citizenship goals in the areas of water, sustainability and community are pursued within a framework of Creating Shared Value.

NWNA sponsors SCA conservation programs in Oakland and 20 other U.S. cities, which provide paid green job opportunities and career skills to more than 1,500 diverse teens annually while they work to restore, protect and improve local parks. In addition to supporting SCA programs, NWNA employee volunteers join with SCA’s young conservation leaders throughout the year to conduct meaningful conservation service projects in parks and greens spaces where NWNA employees work and live.
