The MySCA Partner Portal is a powerful yet easy-to-use online management system that allows you to conveniently initiate and administer your SCA account.  You’ll use it to submit position requests, select candidates, and manage positions in the field with exceptional speed and efficiency. You could have an accomplished SCA member aiding your staff in just weeks!

After you open an SCA account, you’ll also be assigned a Conservation Program Coordinator who is familiar with your site and region, and able to help you through any matter, big or small.

  • Before submitting a position request, it’s best to know which of the available SCA Programs – an Internship, Corps, or Crew – is most suited for your needs.  Our Partner Services Department would be happy to help you evaluate these options.
  • To request a new position simply login to MySCA, click on the “Manage Positions” tab, then select “Request a Position”.  There are a variety of program types to choose from.  Select the “Conservation Internship Request” button and complete the form. You can save the form and return to it at any time.  You can also copy positions to use the same information in multiple positions.
  • Please note that when you request an SCA Corps or Crew, SCA will select both the leaders and members on your behalf.  When seeking an SCA intern, we routinely conduct the recruiting and initial candidate reviews before forwarding our best recommendations for filling your position.  You can use MySCA to review applications and offer a position to the candidate of your choice.

The MySCA Partner Portal was built with your needs in mind and we are confident you’ll find it intuitive and efficient, but should you ever need assistance, your Conservation Program Coordinator is just a phone call or email away.

Student Conservation Association Connects Students with Service Opportunities Using Salesforce

Student Conservation Association (SCA) is America’s conservation corps. SCA engages college and high school students in hands-on conservation service opportunities on public lands to instill lifelong stewardship. Members protect and restore national parks, marine sanctuaries, cultural landmarks and community green spaces in all 50 states.

Prior to implementing Salesforce, SCA had been struggling with an outdated proprietary CRM system that had become difficult to use, costly to maintain, and hampered the organization’s ability to address evolving business needs. SCA made the decision to migrate to Salesforce to improve its flexibility and ability to innovate and to accommodate rapid, double-digit growth business growth.
