SCA & Timberland Transform the Blue Island Corridor in Chicago’s Ward 25

Thursday, September 27, 2018 - September 27, 2018 8:30 am

The Student Conservation Association (SCA) and Timberland have teamed up to transform Chicago’s Ward 25 on September, 27th 2018.

Located in the heart of the Windy City, Blue Island Corridor is an ideal gathering spot for the local community. This area provides vital green space for nearby senior resident center, schools, homes, and police and fire departments. The center of Blue Island Corridor reveals an abandoned lot with great potential to serve as a grassy reprieve.
