Join SCA Detroit as we get our hands dirty celebrating Earth Day. We’ll join the Detroit Conservation Leadership Corps and the Belle Isle Conservancy Stewardship Committee for a morning of removing invasive species on our beloved Belle Isle Park.

Additional Info:
- Volunteers should wear long pants, close-toed shoes and dress in layers.
- Please bring water bottles, sunscreen and a hat.
- In case of bad weather, please check the Belle Isle Conservancy website after 7:30am the morning of the event for update.
- If you have work gloves, please bring them.
- The park is within walking distance to Metro Station so we’d like to encourage as many people as possible to take public transportation.
- A one-day participant agreement will need to be signed prior to service work. Adults can fill out the form the day of the event. Youth participants are being asked to fill out the form prior to attending. You can download the form (pdf) below.
