Please join the Student Conservation Association (SCA), the Morton Arboretum, and the Village of South Holland in planting 50 native trees in Paarlberg Park on Saturday, September 21st!
WHEN: Saturday, September 21, 9:00 am to Noon. Registration beginning at 8:30 am, kick-off at 9:00 am.
WHERE: Parking available off of Paxton Ave. on the east side of the park. Look for the Student Conservation Association work truck and trailer as well as the blue pop up tent!
WHAT: Volunteers will plant, mulch, and water native trees.
BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
PROVIDED: All project supplies (tools, gloves, etc.) are provided. Drinking water and coffee will be available throughout the event.
