Please join the Student Conservation Association (SCA) in planting 100 native trees in Hammond on Saturday, April 27th!
Planting will take place at Harrison Park in Hammond, IN!
WHEN: Saturday, April 27th, 9:00 am to 12:00 p.m. Registration beginning at 8:30 am, kick-off at 9:00 am.
WHERE: Park in the lot at Mason St and Hohman Ave. Look for the Student Conservation Association work truck and trailer as well as the blue pop up tent!
WHAT: Volunteers will plant, mulch, and water native trees.
BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
PROVIDED: All project supplies (tools, gloves, etc.) will be provided. Drinking water will be available throughout the event.
