Please join the Student Conservation Association (SCA) and the Dolton Park District in planting 75 native trees in the Village of Dolton on Friday, May 3rd!
Planting will take place in the park south of the Dalton Park District Building at 721 Engle St, in Dolton.
WHEN: Friday, May 3rd, 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m. Registration beginning at 8:30 am, kick-off at 9:00 am.
WHERE: Park in the lot north of the Dolton Park District Building. Look for the Student Conservation Association work truck and trailer as well as the blue pop up tent!
WHAT: Volunteers will plant, mulch, and water native trees.
BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
PROVIDED: All project supplies (tools, gloves, etc.) will be provided. Drinking water will be available throughout the event.
