Work day at Cedar Breaks National Monument

Join the Student Conservation Association and the National Parks Conservation Association to celebrate National Public Lands Day at Cedar Breaks National Monument. Meet SCA Alumni Council member, Zach Bolick, and other SCA alumni and park volunteers as you help collect native seeds for restoration projects.

WHEN: September 279:00 am- 3:00 pm

WHERE: Cedar Breaks National Monument. Meet at the visitor center area.

WHAT: We will be collecting native seeds from throughout the Monument in order to help the with restoration projects.

WHO:  Everyone! All ages!!

THINGS TO BRING: Clothes for rain or shine, warm and cold. Sturdy shoes. Sunscreen. Sunglasses. Hat.

FOOD: Lunch will be provided. Please refer to the contact information below if you have any special dietary restrictions.

INCENTIVE: Volunteers will be given a variety of cool stuff for their participation including posters, beanies, hats, frisbees, and more.
