MLK Day Service at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh

Join the Student Conservation Association as we team up with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy to celebrate MLK Day through service at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh.

Volunteers are invited to attend a morning service project to cut back invasive species and help clean up the park for the winter season. Bring family and friends to join in! 

WHEN: Monday, January 18th, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

WHERE: Schenley Park, 1 Overlook Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. (Meet at the Ice Rink.)

WHAT: Invasive species removal and winter park clean-up.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and sturdy closed-toe shoes (ideally boots), and bring plenty of layers for the weather! Lunch will be provided.
