Please join SCA in recognizing the accomplishments of our Hudson Valley AmeriCorps members at the 17th Annual Hudson Valley Corps Recognition Ceremony! SCA partners, supporters, alumni, friends, and family are invited to attend a ceremony hosted by SCA at the Vassar Barns in Poughkeepsie, followed by a light lunch.
Created in 1999, the SCA Hudson Valley AmeriCorps Program is dedicated to recognizing, preserving, and interpreting the nationally significant historical, cultural, and natural resources of New York’s Hudson Valley. The program provides ten-month as well as five-month internships across the Hudson Valley region, spanning multiple conservation disciplines. Members serve at sites from Saratoga Springs to New York City and engage citizens from more than 40 communities each year through trainings, presentations, service projects, and environmental education programming.
WHEN: Tuesday, November 1st, 2016. Ceremony begins promptly at 11am.

WHAT: SCA Hudson Valley members will showcase their accomplishments from the year and will be honored in a graduation ceremony, followed by a reception luncheon.
