Free lunch and t-shirts will be provided for all volunteers!

WHEN: Saturday, April 16th, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

WHERE: 2 Beautiful Locations!

Lands End, San Francisco (200 volunteers). 680 Point Lobos Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121.

Volunteers will meet at the trailhead in the Merrie Way parking lot off Point Lobos Ave. The site is accessible by the 38R bus line.

As part of Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Lands End provides a dramatic backdrop of the Pacific Ocean with access to Sutro Baths ruins and views of historic shipwrecks.

Tennessee Valley, Marin (100 volunteers). 701 Tennessee Valley Road, Mill Valley, CA 94941.

Just across the Golden Gate Bridge nestled within the foothills of Marin Headlands, Tennessee Valley is known for its abundant wildlife and gorgeous landscapes.

The site is off Highway 101 Exit 445B. Volunteers will meet at the parking lot at the end of Tennessee Valley Road. Parking is limited, so please carpool, bike, hike, or take the free volunteer shuttle from San Francisco.

For the Tennessee Valley location, a free volunteer shuttle will depart from the San Francisco Ferry Building promptly at 8:30 am. (located only one block from the Embarcadero BART stop). Shuttle will return to BART from Tennessee Valley following the event.

WHAT: Volunteers will enhance rare native plant habitats, restore trails, maintain park grounds, and create important wildlife corridors.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, preferably work boots or sturdy sneakers, and bring a reusable water bottle. The event will take place rain or shine so please dress for the weather!
