Detroit, MI: Earth Day Service with SCA and the Belle Isle Conservancy

Saturday, April 16, 2016 - April 16, 2016 9:00 am

Come celebrate Earth Day with SCA as we team up with the Belle Isle Conservancy for a day of service at Belle Isle in Detroit. Volunteers will pitch in to help remove invasives, clear brush, and clean up trash and debris.

WHEN: Saturday, April 16th, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

WHERE: Belle Isle, Detroit, MI 48207. (See map.)

WHAT: Volunteers will pitch in to help remove invasives, clear brush, and clean up trash and debris.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts for protection from prickly vegetation. Please bring your own work gloves.
