BOSTON, MA: SCA Earth Day at Boston Harbor Islands

This April, the Student Conservation Association (SCA) is hosting 60 projects for Earth Day in honor of 60 years of SCA

With national support from Southwest Airlines and American Express, we are aiming to connect our members, alumni, friends, and partners across the country to create a nationwide network of Earth Month celebrations.

In Boston, volunteers will come together to help restore natural areas on the Boston Harbor Islands.


WHEN: Saturday, April 14th, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

WHERE: Boston Harbor Islands. Exact meeting location TBA. (Volunteer ferry will be provided.)

WHAT: Volunteers will come together to help restore natural areas on the Boston Harbor Islands.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. The event will take place rain or shine so please dress for the weather!

PROVIDED: SCA will supply coffee and snacks for volunteers as well as work gloves and all project supplies. Volunteers will also receive SCA ConSERVE t-shirts.
