Due to snow conditions, the March ConSERVE event has been RESCHEDULED to Saturday, March 28th.
Join the Student Conservation Association as we team up with New York State Parks for a day of service at Gantry Plaza State Park in Queens.
Located on the East River waterfront in Queens, Gantry Plaza State Park offers stunning views of Manhattan including the Empire State Building and the United Nations. The park also showcases the historical and ecological heritage of Queens, with restored shipping gantries and a resilient waterfront that includes wetland features and public fishing piers. Volunteers will help spruce up this iconic park for the spring with mulching, planting, and invasive removal.
