Celebrate National Public Lands Day with Service to the Land
On Saturday, September 26th, the Student Conservation Association (SCA) is hosting a Virtual Day of Service in honor of National Public Lands Day! All SCA alumni, partners, staff, family, and friends are welcome to virtually meet up and support the planet.
In this new normal of social distancing, SCA will provide a variety of conservation projects including socially distant litter abatement hike, online environmental education sessions and more! These projects have been thoughtfully cultivated by fellow SCA alumni to provide conservation activities to participants across the nation.
WHEN: Saturday, September 26th, 10:30am to 2pm EDT/7:30am to 1pm PST. Online check-in beginning at 10:30am EDT with welcome remarks at 10:45am EDT. Make your own schedule, and join us for the whole day or for one project session!
