This morning representatives from the Walmart Foundation, and the Student Conservation Association (SCA), together with the Friends of the Forest Preserves celebrated the launch of SCA’s Conservation Leadership Corps in Chicago. The CLC willl engage 60 local high school students in conservation service, environmental education, and green jobs training. The festive event took place at Dan Ryan Woods.
