Student crews from Jesse Bethel and Vallejo high schools remove tulle from the shoreline of Lake Chabot on Wednesday to provide better access to the public. The U.S. Forest Service and the Student Conservation Association are partnering to employ 20 Vallejo youth from Jesse Bethel this summer on two conservation crews.
