Hello, my name is Matt Eisenbart; I’m studying Environmental Science at the University of Illinois. I’m from the South suburbs of Chicago and currently live in central Illinois for school. I’m so excited to spend my summer out of the corn fields and doing conservation work in a beautiful National Forest.
Along with the invasive plant removal we’ll be doing this summer, I plan to learn to play the banjo, learn some new recipes and explore all the used book stores in town (Ely). I can’t wait to get out into Boundary Waters.
