Join the Giving Movement

It’s Giving Tuesday and the Student Conservation Association is kicking off its year-end giving campaign with a chance to DOUBLE your impact for national parks and young people!

This #GivingTuesday, almost a million folks will donate over $100 million to tens of thousands of nonprofits in less than 24 hours. Thanks to two fantastic SCA partners, you can support SCA on GivingTuesday in multiple ways:

  • C&S Wholesale Grocers will match all donations today, dollar-for-dollar up to $7,500 for a total of $15,000
  • Southwest Airlines is also featuring SCA as a nonprofit to which you can donate Rapid Rewards miles

With our environment and public lands facing unprecedented threats, the work of SCA’s volunteers is more essential than ever. By rolling up their sleeves and working hard to protect and restore these precious habitats, our young volunteers are bringing new life to the places that America holds most dear—and becoming the future leaders that our country so desperately needs.

Over the past year, with help from generous individuals like you, SCA placed more than 9,500 eager young men and women in more than 600 project sites, in all 50 states.

Our public lands need our help and support, and the hands-on work of our volunteers is even more critical than ever to safeguard our national legacy.

Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving, when community members come together to support the causes they hold most dear. This year, it is more important than ever to protect two of the things we all believe in: our national parks and our future leaders.

Our natural treasures need the help that SCA’s young people provide. And increased visitation, climate change, and budget cuts put our parks at greater risk. Which means they need support from people like you more than ever!

Your supporting membership contribution—instantly doubled by our partners at C&S—will help us raise $15,000 today! So please commemorate Giving Tuesday by making a generous donation to SCA today.
