I grew up in Florida; my early childhood I spent in Ft. Lauderdale and my teenage years I spent in Gainesville. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010 with a B.S. in Marine Science. After graduating, I interned with NASA for student airborne research program in a California, volunteered at the Seattle Aquarium, and taught science to secondary students in Bartica, Guyana. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures and ideas. Some of the places I have traveled are Guyana, Mexico, Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Japan, and Thailand. I also love the outdoors especially the marine environment. I am excited for the opportunity to work with SCA. I am hoping to learn more about the park systems and the outdoors.
