Hello, I am in search of experience, partly motivated by a sense that I am inherently ignorant as an 18-yr old American. Having graduated from high school I am taking a year off of academics, focusing on other areas of life, and now the DRC. I have just concluded two months volunteering with the Centro de Estudios de Desiertos y Oceanos in Mexico, a proper introduction to many things. The DRC is my next step; I am looking forward to restoration and good people. And briefly, I am enchanted by the desert, and the natural world has been a central part of my youth. I am also in to saxophone, bicycles, most music, books, and gardens.
