Ellie joins the SCA as a Green Cities Fellow for Allegheny County. In this role, Ellie is leading a number of projects in the Sustainability office, including laying the groundwork for the County’s 2015 Carbon Emissions Report, conducting an employee commuting survey, and analyzing energy efficiency retrofit case studies. Originally from England, Ellie has lived in and around Pittsburgh for a number of years and now is here to stay. Previously Ellie worked with Westmoreland County, The Wilderness Center, American Water Intelligence, and other organizations on environmental and community development issues. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, tennis, and biking around Pittsburgh.
