Adam Rogers

My name is Adam Rogers and I am a 29yr old male and first time member of the Student Conservation Corp (SCA) and Veteran Fire Corp (VFC). I spent 4 years in the U.S. Army infantry from 2002-2005 and in 2010. Growing up, and still today, I have always loved being outdoors and in the forests. I am currently pursuing my third degree and a bachelors in Wildlife Management at SUNY Cobleskill. I am working to be a wildlife ecologist with an emphasis on wildlife behavior and rehabilitation. I am looking forward working hard in the field of wilderness firefighting and furthering my knowledge of western wildlife and fire ecology throughout the season and expanding my career opportunities. The VFC and SCA are amazing programs for students and veterans of the armed forces to gain valuable skill in the field of conservation.
