SCA is seeking a Director for its New York AmeriCorps program, which includes the Hudson Valley AmeriCorps and the Adirondack AmeriCorps programs. The Hudson Valley AmeriCorps program consists of a team of 10 month and 5 month Corps members serving individually with conservation agencies throughout the Hudson Valley region, and the Adirondack AmeriCorps program is a 5 month residential Corps team program providing conservation service in the Adirondacks.

The Student Conservation Association (SCA), a national force of conservation volunteers, has an exciting and professionally challenging leadership opportunity in our Conservation Corps program based at our national headquarters in Charlestown, New Hampshire. We are seeking a National Director who will lead a dedicated staff in the development and implementation of mission driven conservation service opportunities for SCA Corps members, field staff and agency partners. The National Director of Conservation Corps oversees all aspects of program operations including risk management and safety, staff hiring, budgeting, evaluation and reporting. Key to the success of this position is the ability to collaborate in the marketing of new SCA corps program partnerships throughout the United States.
