You will assist in the care of 30 Alaskan Husky sled dogs, including feeding, cleaning, grooming, and training adults and puppies and monitoring their general health (20%). You will also maintain equipment and grounds (20%), assist with and/ or present sled dog demonstrations (30%), interact with visitors and answer questions (20%), collect National Weather Service weather data (5%), training and office work (5%). EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: You will have opportunities for hiking, backpacking and fishing.
