Required Experience

Strong interest & experience teaching, mentoring, and/or working with youth or specifically urban youth;
Ability to maintain safe, productive, & enjoyable work environment;
Relevant experience living, working, & playing outdoors;
Workskills experience desired.

2-4 yrs experience safely supervising young adults in an outdoor setting
Previous field work experience relative to the position that you are applying for.
