Duties will include assisting with field data collection, processing of samples in the laboratory, and data processing. The field work will entail assisting soil sampling and taking field measurements, the laboratory work will involve preparing samples for analyses and assisting with the extractions, and the data processing will entail data entry and summarizing data from the field studies. The work will be approximately 40% field and 60% office or lab. Experience with field forestry or ecological measurements are helpful, as is experience with spreadsheets.
