Where do I log in to my SCA online account?
-
Go to the “Complete an Online Request.” This brings you to the “Inquiry and Login Page.” That’s where you can enter your login and password to access your online account.
-
How do I log in and find out what my password is?
-
If you are an existing Partner and do not have a login and password, please call your SCA Program Representative for help. If you’ve received your login from SCA, then you can go to the Currernt Partners Login page to log in to your account. If you have not yet requested an SCA intern, you can create your own login and password by completing the Online Request Form .
-
How can I edit my Profile?
-
Use the “Edit Profile” tab after you log in. Your Profile in MAX is your contact information. If you are an existing partner, please check this information and keep it updated.
-
Can I compare the old position code with the new one?
-
At this time, there is no way to compare an old position code with a new one. If you are having trouble locating a particular position, please contact your Program Representative for assistance.
-
How do I receive and review applications?
-
You will be sent an email notifying you each/every time that applications are placed in your account. You should then log in to your online account to review these applications.
-
Can I change my Position Description? How do I do it?
-
While your position has a "pending" status, you have the ability to go in and edit the details of the position. Once SCA has reviewed and "approved" your position description, you will no longer be able to edit the position.
-
What do “Pending”, “Approved”, and “Active” mean in describing my position?
-
These statuses reflect internal SCA procedures. A position is “Pending” as soon as you submit a request. It becomes “Approved” once it has been edited and any remaining questions/details have been addressed. (At this point, you can no longer make changes in the position description.) “Active” means a position is being advertised on our website and applications are being collected to send to you. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NPS SITES: Until your funding status is confirmed, you will not receive any applications.
-
How do I use the “Copy Position” function?
-
This is a new feature we have added to make it easier for you to request a similar position for a new season or next year. You will have the ability to edit the dates and to make changes in the position description. (Please do NOT use this function to make changes in currently approved positions that we are advertising – contact your Program Rep for help.)
-
How can I have my staff review my Position Descriptions and Applications?
-
You are the only person who can access your position descriptions and applications unless you choose to share your login information with others.
