Before we left for Fort Bowie National Historic Site, we spend a day in the field at Saguaro National park with the Park Biologist, Bethany Hontz. The crew searched the creek on foot for Salt Cecdar, Onion Weed, Buffelgrass and Tick Grass. It was a good chance for the crew to learn some more Plant Identification and remove some invasive plants from the park.
Enjoy some pictures from the day well spent!
The first video is of Sarah Seiler's Battle with Salt Cedar...it's well worth it.
The second one is an instructional video of buffelgrass removal featuring our own Alex Peterkin!
