Welcome! Nestle Waters has joined forces with the Student Conservation Association (SCA)--the nation's largest non-advocacy environmental organization dedicated to developing tomorrow's conservation leaders--to conduct employee conservation service project across the country. Together, SCA and Nestle Waters' employees will restore parks, trails, and other natural resources in communities where Nestle Waters' employees live and work. Training, tools, materials, beverages, healthy snacks and lunch will be provided. A volunteer t-shirt will be provided upon arrival the day of the event.

Upcoming Summer & Fall Volunteer Work Days:

Stamford Museum & Nature Center Work Day: Friday, June 10
8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Meeting location: 39 Scofield Road, Stamford, CT
Help the Stamford Museum and Nature Center (SMNC) staff to remove fallen branches and other natural debris from Poorhouse Brook, conduct general clean up of trails; create an "Evergreen Grove" to teach students and visitors about different varieties of evergreen trees; and clear an area in the woods near SMNC’s preschool to plant a variety of evergreen trees (10 total) including, Norway Spruce, Colorado Spruce, White Pine, Green Giant Arbor Vitae, and Juniper Hetzii Columnaris! Range Ponds State Park Work Day: Saturday, September 10
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Meeting location: State Park Road, Poland Spring, ME
Range Ponds State Park, one of Maine's treasured gems, needs your help! Join Park staff in removing debris and invasives as well as painting outbuildings! Click here for event photos and details on work completed!

Wildlands Conservancy Work Day: Saturday, September 17
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Meeting location: 3701 Orchid Place, Emmaus, PA
Join your colleagues, friends and family to remove invasives and conduct trail maintenance while helping to protect a natural resource and enhance the quality of life where you live, work and play! Click here for event photos and details on work completed!

Crystal Springs Preserve Work Day: Friday, October 21
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Meeting location: 1609 Crystal Springs Preserve, Crystal Springs, FL
Help the Crystal Springs Preserve staff remove exotic brush and invasive species (specifically Hydrilla and Taro) from the Hillsborough River. Bring your swimsuit and a towel for cooling down after the event in the Preserve's spring-fed pond!  Click here for event photos and details on work completed!

La Quinta Cove Work Day: Saturday, October 29
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Meeting location: near 77564 Calle Tecate - East Cove Trailhead, La Quinta, CA
Volunteers will help clean up a section of the La Quinta Cove neighborhood by removing trash, debris and brush along the Boo Hoff Trail and Cove to Lake Trail. La Quinta Cove affords the finest of Santa Rosa Mountain views and pristine air while offering quick access to recreational areas, including several city parks, rugged mountain trails, and the Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve. Houston Arboretum & Nature Center Work Day: Saturday, November 5
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Meeting location: 4501 Woodway Drive, Houston, TX (front lawn of Arboretum)
Houston Arboretum & Nature Center, a haven and a sanctuary for native plants and animals, needs your help! Volunteers will help prep for a rain garden installation. Barr Lake State Park Work Day: November 12
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Meeting location: Barr Lake State Park, 13401 Picadilly Road, Brighton, CO
Bring family and friends to help plant trees and maintain trails throughout Barr Lake State Park, a local gem that offers something for every type of outdoors person - from the fishing enthusiast and boater to the naturalist, and is a short drive northeast of the Denver area.
