Evaluation of the Intern

At the end of each internship, we request that the Coordinator or Supervisor evaluate each intern as well as SCA’s service via a web-based survey tool.  Your intern evaluation is considered confidential unless you indicate that the information may be provided to him or her.  Please retain a copy of the evaluation for your records, as inquiries by potential employers may be referred directly to your site.

We also ask each intern to provide an evaluation of his/her experience at your site. Although we can summarize their contents, intern evaluations are confidential and may only be released with written consent. 

Both evaluations are essential for improving our processes and procedures.
