National Women's Law Center Jobs - 2008/09/15 16:25 The Web/Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining the website and creating micro-websites for the National Women’s Law Center; analyzing data needs, and maintaining all mission-critical database applications; acting as liaison between website-related vendors and staff; assisting in creating and guiding specifications for applications development; providing technical support for the website mission-critical database applications, assisting in the planning for upgrades and enhancements; and providing ongoing interaction with IT and other Center staff on database needs.

Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science; at least 3 years of website administration and database maintenance experience. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Web pages and experience with content management systems. Proficient in CMS, CSS, HTML, .NET, and MS SQL 2005. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, MS Dynamics, SharePoint, Convio, Crystal Reports, Windows 2003, online communications, databases, social networking applications, and current programming technologies preferred. Experience with graphic applications (i.e., Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, and Illustrator), end user services and systems integration a plus. Must be a self-starter with flexibility, good judgment and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks in an effective manner; strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
