Bridging the Watershed Educator
Share your love of nature with school children in direct outdoor educational experiences at a leading environmental education center. 10-20 hrs per week, $10 per hour. Bridging the Watershed (BTW) is an outreach program of the Alice Ferguson Foundation (AFF) in partnership with the National Capital Region of the National Park Service and area schools.
Anna Wadhams, currently a full-time permanent educator with the BTW program, was an SCA a few years ago, then came to AFF as a part-time naturalist until our full-time slot opened. So it’s a great way to get one’s foot in the door!
