Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to recruit conservation corps members (ages 18 – 30), manage grants that support members, and create resources that enhance our member’s experience with SCC. The Durango-based program runs a minimum of ­­168 weeks of conservation work employing anywhere from 100 to 200 young adults per year.
