New Hampshire Conservation Corps 2006-2007

The most stressful and fun 10 months of my life was spent in Bear Brook State Park. I spent time with 25 of the most amazing people on the planet living in an wonderful community together. We taught elementary and middle school students about the environment for 4 months, and then for 4 months we lived it by doing trail work throughout New Hampshire. I met Liz Titus Putnam 3 times in that year, and shook hands with Bill Clinton. My life is forever changed in a positive way because of the SCA.
