Spirit Creek Educational Forest, Augusta GA - 2004

My favorite place at Spirit Creek was the bald cypress swamp boardwalk - good thing too cause I taught kids there almost every day! Another cool thing I got to do as the Environmental Education Intern was set prescribed fire in the long leaf pine section of the forest. Kinda scary, but also pretty awesome.
