Education Review Associate

The United States Green Building Council is currently seeking a highly organized and customer service focused individual to support the development, delivery and promotion of green building quality educational offerings to industry professionals.
The primary areas of concentration for the Education Review Associate will be administrative, logistical support of the education review system, customer service, quality control, marketing, data and website management; complete special projects supporting USGBC's mission of market transformation; and performing special projects as needed.
Specific Responsibilities Include providing administrative and logistical support of:
- PROVIDER ACCOUNTS
- Provide general customer service support (potential & new)
- Liaise and communicate with customer service
- Monitor provider marketing to ensure accuracy
- COURSE REVIEWS
- Assign course reviews and manage reviewers (non-portfolio)
- Process approved courses (non-portfolio)
- Monitor reviewer effectiveness (QC) and report common trends (quarterly)
- Coordinate and support reviewer trainings and meetings
- Serve as point of contact for reviewers
- AUDITS
- Assist with identification and processing of audits
- OUTREACH & RELATIONSHIPS
- Monitor media related to Education Providers/Review etc (google alerts) to identify social media outlets
- Coordinate education provider workshops at Greenbuild
- Update information and resources (web/documents) as needed
- Ensure correct posting of reviewed information in course catalog
- COMMITTEES & WORKING GROUPS
- Take & distribute meeting notes as needed
- IT & BUSINESS
- Coordinate routine IT issues for team related to online review system and/or posting to catalog
- Related Organizational Goals and Objectives:
- Establish excellence in green building education review system to support all LEED Professionals
- Sustain excellence of education review system through ongoing quality assurance
- Advance relationships with education stakeholders
- Education & Training Requirements/Preferences:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in education, marketing or green building related field
- LEED Green Associate
- Experience Requirements:
- Entry-level position
- Minimum of 1 years professional office experience or equivalent
- Other Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Self-motivated, team player
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, data entry, database query and report writing)
- Comfort working with IT systems
- Commitment to USGBC Mission
