Located just two and a half hours southeast of Seattle, Mount Rainier's glacier-covered volcanic cone is the icon of the Pacific Northwest. Nearly two million people come to enjoy the grandeur and wild beauty of the park each year. Hundreds of miles of trails through subalpine meadows and lowland forests are accessible during the summer months.
Goal: Meadow Rovers improve protection of the meadows, wildlife and visitors at Paradise through visitor education, trail observation and assisting the various divisions at Paradise. To get the maximum return for Meadow Rover efforts, a manager dedicated to the program is needed to organize their time and park resources. Duties:
