Serve the planet with SCA. Volunteer in your community. Lend your neighbor a helping hand. How you do it is up to you, but let's all make 2013 a Year of Service.

Sat, Jan. 19th is the National Day of Service and Mon, Jan. 22nd is Martin Luther King, Jr Day. If you care about the planet, then join the Student Conservation Association and thousands of young people serving the planet.
From big cities and small towns, we come together for one purpose: to sustain nature for future generations. Spend a few weeks building trails through the Great Smokies, a few months protecting Alaskan salmon streams, or anything in between. The experience will last a lifetime and our Earth will be forever grateful.
Take the I serve pledge:
As you volunteer in your own special way, download a sign that says "I serve the planet", take your photo, and then Tweet it, post it on Facebook and Instagram with hashtags #iserve and #SCAplanet. Then, pledge to serve again and again. Learn more about the #iserve contest and the White House iserve campaign.
Serve with SCA:
Remember, the best way forward is to give back. Volunteer throughout the year and see what a difference you can make! Thank you!
