One or two miles is enough. . but 6 miles? Now, that's hard.. .I'd better try walking 6 miles or more to get me in to shape...After the long walks, do you happen to experience certain cramps or knee sores ? I just would like to try walking more miles but am afraid I might get any foot sores or aches and be stranded on my way.
