SCA spends only about 6 cents per dollar on fund raising which, according to Charity Navigator and the BBB Wise Giving Alliance, ranks us among the top national conservation charities for efficiency. Nearly 25% of our revenue comes from individual donors and foundation and corporate grants. We depend on the support of people like you to continue our 50+ year tradition of hands-on youth service to our public lands and urban green spaces.
Your Gift Supports
- 1,400 urban high school students in green job opportunities that improve the communities where they live
- 600 high school students in the backcountry of national parks and other public lands to build and restore trails and bridges and restore threatened habitats
- 2,000 college-age interns in expense-paid opportunities to preserve environmental and cultural resources
