We are looking for an Advancement Technology Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the Advancement databases (Raiser’s Edge, web-based data base, Convio), export/import functions with other SCA databases and serving as liaison with Advancement software vendors, program database coordinators, and regional development officers. This position is critical to the infrastructure required to raise over $7.6 million in annual and planned gifts from approximately 30,000 donors and communicate with nearly 50,000 alumni and their parents. Responsibilities include managing use and structure of databases and maintaining complete campaign, fund raising appeal and constituency coding system. |

The Student Conservation Association (SCA) is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic outdoor leader/environmental educator to supervise a team of 6 volunteer interns doing restoration on Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) impacted public lands in the California Desert. Working in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management, the SCA Desert Restoration Corps is coming into its 8th year. The aim of our project is the assist the BLM in restoring important desert habitat, which has been damaged by OHVs over the years. This will help in the recovery of critical species, such as the desert tortoise, the fringe-toed lizard, and the flat-tailed horned lizard.
