Duty and residence at the Pensacola Florida Naval Air Station.

Your responsibilities will include: assist in silvicultural projects to include marking timber for sales, firebreak establishment, prescribed burning, equipment maintenance and forest inventories, (30%); assist in urban forestry projects and planning to include tree pruning, maintenance, mapping and inventories, and Tree City USA programs, (20%); assist in conducting projects and management planning for fish, wildlife, wetlands and protected species, (30%); assist in outdoor recreation and public relations projects involving nature trails, one primitive camping area, beach cleanup areas and community conservation programs and events, (20%).

Required Skills: 
US citizenship; valid driver`s license; ability and willingness to undergo a required Department of Defense criminal history background check; background or education in the outdoors with competency in forestry, wildlife or environmental biology achieved
