I’m Jennifer. I’m a California native, and as a kid I spent plenty of time traveling the lengths of Highway 395. Despite numerous camping and snowboarding trips, I never had the opportunity to give back this beautiful stretch of land.
For the past few years I have been away from home. I majored in Environmental Studies at Tulane University in New Orleans and then spent a year teaching English in South Korea. When I returned to California, I looked for an organization that works in an area that has always been special to me.
I was happy to come across the WildCorps program. The ability to work on a variety of conservation projects seemed like the perfect way to help me figure out my career path while proving an environmental service. WildCorps will be an exciting new chapter in my life that I am anxiously looking forward to!
