The Audubon Center at Garden Creek is a 400 acre nature center located in the center of Wyoming. It is the only Audubon nature center in the state. The small nature center has 2 rooms of displays along with 3 miles of nature trails.

Interested in a challenging and rewarding job outdoors this summer? Would you like to learn how to mist net live birds?  Do you enjoy working with children of all ages exploring nature, doing “hands on” environmental education, and having old fashioned fun? 
The Audubon Center at Garden Creek seeks highly motivated and creative individuals for the 2013 summer season.  Intern will assist the Center Supervisor in carrying out environmental education programming. Major duties include providing programs and field trips for a variety of audiences; creating and improving displays and bulletin boards in the center; and writing articles and press releases. Other special projects include one major project for the nature center, water quality monitoring, resource management activities, and professional workshop opportunities. Interns will receive valuable practical experience and continuing education during employment. Interns will receive Wilderness First Aid training.
