The candidate will provide wilderness and backcountry patrol and visitor contacts to educate on Leave No Trace principles; conduct trail maintenance and have the opportunity to work with other trail maintenance volunteers; conduct campsite clean-up and removal of illegal campfire rings; and collect wilderness data i.e. campsite inventory, trail encounters, campsite encounters, non-native plant species, etc.
