Evergreen's Olympia campus includes 1,000 acres of lush Northwest forestlands. We have lots of space for recreation and relaxation. Not far from on-campus housing is the famous Evergreen Beach.
ARAMARK-a leader in food services, facilitates management, and uniform and career apparel - and the Student Conservation Association have teamed up to offer a Sustainability Internship at the Evergreen State College Dining, managed by ARAMARK. The Sustainability Intern will focus on dining operations, which includes sustainable product sourcing & tracking (local, fair, organic, etc.), developing a sustainable eating habit marketing and implementation plan and more. The Sustainability Intern will serve as a key resource in supporting and advancing ARAMARK's commitment to sustainability at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. This position is part time, paid for 9 months starts in May/June. This position is not eligible for an AmeriCorps Education Award.
